Terms of service

The service

We provide a hosted application for planning, recording and approving upgrade pre-checks. Checks and guidance are provided to help your engineers; you remain responsible for your changes and for following your vendors' documentation.

Accounts

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in credentials and second factors safe.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Prices exclude GST.

Your data

You own your records and can export them at any time. We process them only to provide the service.
