Questions
What counts as a pre-check record?
One upgrade of one product: for example vCenter 8.0 U3 to 9.0 on one change ticket. Drafts you delete within the month still count; edits do not.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan stays on for a grace period while Razorpay retries. After that the organisation moves to Free. Nothing is deleted; Free limits apply to new records.
Can we run it ourselves?
Yes, on Enterprise: talk to us about a self-hosted licence with directory (LDAP / AD) sign-in and the signed library feed.
Do you take card, UPI and net-banking?
Yes, through Razorpay. GST invoices are issued when you add your GSTIN. Enterprise can pay by invoice and purchase order.
